they were great. i had done my research via internet so once i went in the transaction was smooth. they did try to sell me all sorts of stuff and i thought since i was a women they were trying to play on that but in the end i got what i wanted and didn't buy any ot the "extras" they try to get you with. that is normal for a dealer so i don't hold it against them.
